“I thought I’d go somewhere I’ve never been before for this mix – to analogue heaven with purely vinyl selections. Normally I’m a quick mixer, a looper, a 3-CDJ tune tickler – so thought I’d switch things up and dust off some acetate for this one. The result is tracks that are long, deep and 100% considered for their positioning and sonic pleasure. There’s even a few lairy (and hairy!) bits that will keep you (as they sure did me) on your toes. Some of these records I bought years ago before I could even DJ; some of them I bought last week.
